We meet three times, in your home, at whatever time works for you. The classes are completely personalized to your needs.

If you are Christian and would like classes taught from a Christian perspective I can accommodate that!
Information Based on Real Life Experience
I am a doula who is actively working in the field. My material is based on what I see work for families. We will discuss birth preparation, writing a birth plan, how labor works, as well as coping/pain relief/progression techniques.

Personalized Online Portal
All materials used for the class are on a portal that is unique to you! The material is interactive.
MBC Approved
If you are a patient of Mercy Birth Center, these classes are approved to satisfy their childbirth education requirement.
